Dog Poisoning - Weston - We Need Your Feedback To Our Survey
Good afternoon,
We have had an influx of messages about suspicious circumstances in Weston about people leaving poisoned objects around for dogs to eat. Although we have had a lot of people contact, we would like to reassurance you that this has been an isolated incident from the reports that we have had.
The dog that we were contacted about did get sick from an object when out on a walk, but thankfully recovered days after. Social media and local conversations have made local residents believe and be scared that this is happening more than what has been reported.
We ask that you still remain vigilant and to please report anything that seems out of the ordinary to 101 or 999 always in an emergency.
We also ask that after reading this email, you please fill in our survey on - www.cheshire.police.uk/reidentsvoicecrewe and let us know about issues that cause you concern in your area so that we can make them a priority. If you don't let us know on the survey we will not be spending time on the issue if it has not been requested.
Thank you for your time and we hope that this has put people's mind at rest.
Thank you also for taking the time to complete our survey for the area 'Haslington' covering, Haslington, Weston, Basford, Englesea Brook, Barthomley, Stowford, Wheelock Heath, Crewe Green, Radway Green, Winterley and Oakhanger.
Kind regards,
PCSO Lizzie Jolley 22582
