In addition, with the launch of the NHS test and trace service we wanted to remind you that contract tracers:
- will NEVER ask you to make any form of payment
- will NEVER ask any details about your bank account
- will NEVER ask you for any passwords or PINs
- will NEVER ask you to download anything
