A 47-year-old man from Hale in Altrincham is appearing at Crewe Magistrates this morning (Wednesday 5 September 2012) after being charged with the murder of Diana Lee in Cranage last month.
Following an investigation by Cheshire Police, David Ryan was charged with murder and remanded in custody to appear this morning.
Diana (54) was found in the garage at her home in Byley Lane, Cranage on the morning of Thursday 9 August following reports of a fire.
