Are Wulvern Tenants putting lives at risk?

If you walk down the dark alley from West St to the Queens Park just over the bridge my Bentley the one that comes out in Wisaston rd then you are likely to get your eyes ripped out by rose bushes that overhang the footpath from house believed to be owned by Wulvern Housing. Its not just one but many houses that back onto this public path have these dangerous thorns often at eye height just right to rip your eyes out or cause tetanus.

To further fuel the fire we have had a lot of complaints in the same area just over the bridge by Bentley cars from the houses cross the foot path with no drive ways and the footpaths are very slippery and muddy and people are falling over. Will Wulvern take any action the matter has been reported to the local councillor and nothing has happend
