They started today filling the park lake. Its the first time its been filled since the restoration. It can take up to two weeks to fill as they can only fill it for four hours a day so the stream across the gold coarse doesnt dry out. The ducks were having a field day with all the water.
By pure chance but I bet someone blames the park Morton road had its own flood as the pavement erupted and water streamed down the back flooding the paths. It was one major leak as you can see from the above photo
