Rubbish

A lot of complaints about the rubbish outside the charity furniture warehouse in Samual St as you can see it blocks the pavement so no one can walk past. I took photos 3 days on the run so this isnt just a one off problem.

Often they had a van parked on the pavement as well so it was totally imposable to walk on the pavement and i doing so put lives at risk as people have to walk on the road
